At least blowing a guy is legal. What was illegal was that McGreevey was giving his boy toys jobs paid for by the taxpayers. And that he tried to put his Israeli boyfriend in as head of NJ's Homeland Security, when foreign born automatically disqualifies him for the security clearance. I hate it when you hear people on TV say he resigned because he was gay. He resigned because he was crooked.
