The reason I brought Rush up was to see if those so vociferous in giving vick a second chance would be onboard for giving Rush the chance to own a beloved NFl team, it seems that most of the vick supporters didn't care or were not willing to give rush the same support in this thread.

I noticed this trend on the nlf talk shows- lots of players wanted vick to be completely forgiven- he has done his time, everyone deserves a second chance etc- but not many came out and said Rush should be able to own a team in fact many are against it.

Personally- like King says the NFl should have the right to do business with whomever they want and to protect their brand. I would ban a great many of these criminals in the nfl and prevent people like rush with excess baggage from becoming owners.
