There are plenty of teams that would sign him. The question is are any of them willing to hand him a starting QB Job, and the $$ that comes along with it? I don't think so. OK, because sometimes intentions matter more than outcomes.

For example, if 10 people die unintentionally through an accidental mistake made by somebody, that person usually isn't considered as bad as somebody who intentionally killed and tortured only one person purely for their own pleasure.

That's one of those concepts you either get or you don't.
