The moral issue for you is that the transgressor must "change venues" after having served whatever penance his crime requires?

So, if Michael Vick's career had landing him playing arena football when he was tagged for dog-fighting? You'd be okay if when he came out of prison that he could go to the NFL under those circumstances? If some NFL team said he was good enough to play for them?

Or, does the "change in venue" have to be a step down from what he was doing before?
