I agree that Vick has served his sentence and yes he had more consequences than the average person convicted of the same thing. But playing in the NFL is a privilege. I am not saying that he shouldn't be able to work again, clearly he should. But he should have to start over like most people do after a felony conviction.

Hell I am a teacher...you think if I slept with a student, got convicted and served my time they would let me teach again? What about after all the students who supported me and came forward talked about all the positive impact I have had on them? What about looking at how my students test on standardized test? No I would have to pick a new career and start over doing something else....Just want a little equity.
