In regards to your questiong our M.O. with ADT, well all I can say is that hindsight is always 20/20. I do stand behind our decision though and feel that we made the right choice.
You need to remeber one thing Noel, communication is a two way street. We sent an e-mail with a very simple request. Our request was granted and our letter posted for the world to see. Now I ask you: could that have been handled differently? Have you communicated your thoughts with others on that issue? I could be wrong, but I think you tend to look at things one way. What we could've, should've, would've etc. is all fine and good, but try to look at the big picture here.
