I think that's a slightly skewed way of looking at it. I don't believe your username would have been banned if you hadn't asked for all posts concerning your company to be removed and I personally don't think you should have gone that far so soon.

I meant via e-mail with Drew/Steph. It seems your very first contact with them over this issue was to ask for all these posts to be removed and all further references to your company stopped. I feel you should have discussed possible solutions with them before going this far. As it stands I find it hard to agree with you that they acted so unreasonably because you gave them no opportunity whatsoever to deal with your complaint.
