no doubt it's interesting but it always seems like a story we've heard before. how many of those car crash videos can you watch on TV before you can conclude you've seen a car crash? maybe i lose patience with the tales of the retired hooker because it's always the same pattern of behavior, same confirmation of stereotypes, same handling of the wild turkey. opening it. spilling it. nothing new.

I hear you but it doesnt seem like julie is seeking sympathy or even looking to get anything but revealing this stories, so the bobby v story has a more Illeana Douglas cape fear feel to it then say the kobe bryant trial, and give me mardy over pages and pages of trial notes and sports center personality opinions, Im pretty sure ive gone way off the point here, but gotta give me a little credit for finding a way to get an Illena Douglas reference in there.

I wonder how much of that impression is due to over-exposure of the single-dimensional and rote way XPT judges whores. So, the phenomena just becomes a blur. I can see the ones who haven't been on the board for so long getting their kicks out of it. But, we got members who have been a mod for years who never seem to get enough of starting a thread to copy and paste some bit of a story and giggling at how brilliant they are by posting a simple comment, "stupid whore! hehe She'll never get rich and famous this way!". Well, of course not. And, it probably WAS funny the first 5,000 times that was posted.

I have noticed that too, I wouldnt mind as much if they expanded their thoughts on why they feel that way or mention something else that annoys them about person x, just for the sake of interesting reading.

And, TV drama. I've gotten about convinced the difference between movies and television is the writers don't put as much effort into television. Movies are a one-time gig where you can push in some thought and inspiration. Television, even shot for television movies, is a steady job where the aim is to churn out the product on schedule. So, there's more of a formulaic approach to getting the work done.

Quality actors also helps. Like the sopranos which to this day i'll never get why it was such a huge hit that everyone loved, I mean do we have an entire generation of people that haven't seen godfather 1 and 2, godfellas and to a lesser extent casino? Doesn't it feel like a massive step down watching that show, ohh well.

But, I've never seen hated. I just searched for it on my DVR. Notta came up

eh you aren't missing much, its a documentary on a fella named g.g allin, self destructive punk rocker from the early 90's who used to fight and fuck people at his shows, followed him to his death (i think, didnt watch the last 20 minutes).

I suspect that other than a vocal minority of supporters, most of the guys who have watched a Max Hardcore scene are just as disinterested in Max's fetish as he is in the woman he is using as a prop. Suffering through Max's fetish is just a necessary evil to get to see another scene with a particular PW, but listening to him pat himself on the back and claim that anybody who watches his movies are only focused on the fetish and not the PW and justify the "market" for more of his shit should be his greatest crime.

I agree to a certain extent, I think ive seen three scenes of his and all because of who was in them and not because its a max video, BUTTTTTTT given how most scenes are almost exactly the same there is a slight thrill in seeing name pw doing something different that she probably hates (and in most cases goes public with her dislike for such scene) but he still belongs in jail, my sister was young and impressionable, we didnt have a father growing up and he took advantage she has never really been the same, she has a good heart and he basically ruined her life.
