Yawn, pop culture thinking they can make a change. It's beyond irritating, and its always the shittiest bands popping up to protest this shit and that shit just to get in the news to boost CD sales.
Pearl Jam is doing this benefit. 
It's like a porno whore getting on the news saying this shit. Everyone would laugh, it should be no different with these "artists" they are paid to sing shitty songs that make people feel better about there lives. Not protest something they read in the morning paper and see it as a publicity stunt.
I'm Canadian and I don't like bush monkey that much either, but I don't need some fucking vocalist to tell me what I already know.

I don't understand, is it a prerequisite for anyone who lives in Canada to dislike Bush? Just curious.
The moveon.org group is nuts. It seems they will throw their own mother under a bus to get Kerry elected. This is the same organization that compared Bush to Hitler. An asinine statement like that deserves little credibility, and that goes for the artists that support it.

It's exactly like the porn whores who believe they're important because their handlers tell the they're popular three times a day. Is there any difference between Jenna James, Pearl jam, or Mikey Moore in this respect?
Just because they have a smidgen of talent - maybe - in one area doesn't they have any other talent.
You might as well go to Mary Carey for insightful political analysis.

Funny and true. But hey, Ciccolina became a popular politican in Italy. That is one scary sight

Mmm, pretty much... Most Canadians don't like Americans as it is, but bush made it worse by fucking up our dollar for the last half of 2003 and beginning of 2004. Every time a bomb is dropped from your country it seems to fuck up our economy for some reason. Ohh well.
