I would rather deal with politicians who acknowledge my existence and equal rights than those who do not.

Sure some liberals condescending snobs thinking "oh, poor little negroes, lets do something to help them out." But that SOMETHING is better than the NOTHING.

There will always be those, regardless of color, who will succeed no matter what policies are in Washington. For everyone else, we need laws to ensure that TRUE equal opportunity is available to all. We don't need folks who like to pretend that since slavery & Jim Crow are over, everything is fine & dandy.
