That's right Elab...get your material from this guy.

Besides, the guys chart is not what you said. You said "welfare". This chart only shows which states receive more federal dollars than they pay in. Well, dunderhead, those dollars are spent on things like military bases and nuclear waste dumps and other things those precious blue states don't want within their borders. It's not the same thing at all.
