awwww poor smartt!!! but I dont think I'd be able to afford a million dollar home, let alone a multi million dollar home. LOL

The other day I found a nice home, brand new outside the san fernando valley near santa clarita. two story home three bedrooms, two & half bath, one big open bonus room on the second floor with a wet bar and space for a pool table with furniture listed for 416k. I want it so badly and I know someone is gonna grab it before me. But im concerned as to whether companies would travel out there to shoot movies or not. DECISIONS DECISIONS! Wish me luck cuz there's one left in the community!
