Invoking Nazi Germany is the last refuge of somebody who has no intellectual argument and must throw themselves on the purely emotional. Either come up with a real intellectual argument or ask somebody else to discuss the topic with you.

They offered to give the fee back, that seems fitting. They have NO right to be at any private club. It is a tempest in a teapot.

Why do you think that "racist, pill popping housewives" are changing the atmosphere of the club, have you been there? It sounds as if that was exactly the atmosphere of the club before the kids got there, whether you like it or not matters not at all. Besides, you really don't know anything at all about the atmosphere of the club, do you?
