Here's where it can go....the City of LA is busted broke and they're actually looking for people to contribute to pay for all the police manhours needed to handle the Michael Jackson fisaco. Something like 3-4 million in the red. Let's see if a few of these big mouth rap stars with their 9th grade educations pitch in.
