Seems too much time for an indirect action in which there was no intention to injure/kill. He didn't directly hurt anyone, and he gets more time than many who drank, drove and killed.

He gets more time than many child molesters.
He gets more time than many rapists.

Just seems like too much time to me.

And, deterrence is bull. Outside of those directly involved, no one besides porn board posters even knows about the case.

If he wasn't a stuntcock I wouldn't have noticed at all.


Sounds like an over-zealous prosecutor looking to score some points for some advancement in his/her career. I've worked for them. They have no souls.
