you must shit like no other.hey panzer do you have any cheddar cheese sauce recipes?i tried making some this weekend and it didnt turn out so hot.was good till i added in the extra crap the recipe called for,i.e. onion salt and crushed chilli pepper.turned out grainy.i found some others but i dont want to waste a bunch of cheese trying to find the right one.i was sauce like the kind they put on fries at boardwalk fries.bout to try google.but youre the tranzer so you might know the way.

I've only used beer to cook with twice. One time I added one bottle of tripel ale to chili and it was good. Another time I made 3 loaves of beer bread. I used a different beer in each loaf. Yuengling Lager, the tripel ale again and I "borrowed" a can of budweiser from an Uncle. After baking the lager and ale bread was very hoppy abd bitter...more so than the actual beer tastes when you drink it. The budweiser loaf was actually pretty good. I generally hate budweiser but I guess the "sweetness" of the Budweiser covered up the hops in the bread and no bitter taste at all. The recipe actually did specify "your choice of cheap beer".

Fiend, I cook with beer all the time. Mostly Guinness. You'd be amazed how versatile it is, even in Asian dishes. I still want to know why his "real beer" is contained in a caffeine free soda can.
