Its called katleta and its like sliced in the middle. Its like a ground chicken meat that is made into a potato. Then theres the pepperoni slices, russian sauerkraut, spicy pickles and ketchup. The cheese came from the 16oz brick of Polly-O mozarella that I got on sale for $1.99 and I had to cut it and grill it seperately because I am too cheap for a pre-sliced provolone. Ohh yea, and the banna peppers without any bannanas.
