Habanero fritters sound interesting...I love the spice and heat from habs. I made "Evil Brownies" a couple summers ago when I grew 12 carribean red habanero plants in my yard. The brownies were made with bakers chocolate and had a really rich dark chocolate flavor that went well with the 4 seeded and dehydrated pods that I grinded up into a fine powder and added to the mix.
