I guess that it makes it taste better if you tweak it to your tastes. I gotta make somekind of new pizza stuff, like pizza fingers: fingers with pizza baked right in them, or something like that. I also gotta make soft pretzels, that Auntie Anne woman makes a shitload of moolah with her pretzels and shit.
