Since the CA labor laws are considering porn performers "employees", it is logical that as "employees" foreign nationals without proper authorization [green card, H1B or TN visa] cannot work in the US. Porn "employment" then is no different than McDonalds.

Those are poor examples. None of those happen without due process and the rules are defined. Plus, each of those are state administered.

WOW is a private enterprise. Like XPT or ADT or any other privately owned site, they can determine their own rules and they don't have to be "fair" in the eyes of the users. The best she could have hoped for was a refund of some sort.
