Yup. I wore those every day in Florida and now I'm addicted. I got a pair for day-to-day abuse for like $7 or so called "Joe Boxer" from K-Mart. Not nearly as comfortable but functional walking around the house and for going to the bodega across the street, etc.

I saving my "dress" flip-flops for special occasions and the beach.
