EY, you seem like a smart guy to me but I think jail is a waste of time to the people who are being punished as well as the people who pay for them to be punished. On the whole going to jail doesn't seem to do anything for people who like to commit crimes. At least nothing positive.

I am having a hard time answering this without getting too long winded and I know that nobody wants to read all that shit I wrote.

I am not interested in rehabilitating him or in "sending a message" to other drug dealers.

Oh, and if anybody starts that idiotic song and dance about second chances for that hard-on I think my head will explode.
