I don't agree with sending MJ's doctor to jail, but I don't subscribe to the sentence above. I'm sure there are repeat offenders, but there are also people who go to jail and realize they were in way over their heads. You should try finding some people that have been to prison and talking to them. One thing you'll notice is nobody ever intends on going back there.

It's a case of knowingly doing something that you know is wrong and facing the consequences. MJ could have easily sought for another doctor to prescribe for him the drugs he needed, but this is a high profile person. When he dies, you can bet heads are gonna roll.
