Option 1 - HIV/STD
As far as I know, one doesn't really have to concentrate on something, when nursing an HIV/STD infection. Well, maybe taking medication three times a day is tasking for Tubby.

Option 2 - Under the knife
No concentration required either. At least, not on Tubby's part; I guess it would be nice for her if the OR people are somewhat concentrated on their job.

Option 3 - New pimp
This seems possible and she'd have to pay some attention, so she doesn't end up with the same guy.

Option 4 - KFC deal
Cramming herself on fast-food is a daily occupation and, most probably, will come natural. It wouldn't take any extra time out of her schedule.

Option 5 - Breaking the law!
Laying low for a while doesn't seem very tasking to me, but maybe it's different when you're depending on hooking for your drugs money. Possible, not likely.

Option 6 - Fat camp
At first sight, this looks like a winner, concentration-wise, but Tubby states clearly she'll be gone "a little while". Trust me, Fat Camp for Tubby does not take "a little while"; it's measured in light years.
