Correct, all of his shows are entertaining, though Fox America's "Hell's Kitchen" (being Fox) does everything possible to make it unwatchable.
I recall when he was raising the pigs in the backyard, he had heard that feeding pigs good beer would make them more tasty, so he want to a beercentric establishment and discussed and sampled Belgian fruit beers, decided upon a lightly-cherried beer, and took home a six-pack, feeding one of the lucky piggies a bowlful of same.
The piggie liked it, but I don't recall (or didn't see the ep) where the piggie was slaughtered and if it's meat had a faint cherry taste...
Also recall his children handled the "they're not pets; they're food" admonition better than he did when it was time to take them away to be slaughtered.
