Well, rumor of the day is that Mark Spiegler's attorneys recently tried to serve Mr. Kerkove with papers regarding Spiegler's pending defamation case against Mr. Kerkove. However, it looks like Skeeter has moved to Arizona to be with his beloved transexual girlfriend(?) Vicky Richter.
Unfortunately, Skeeter has neglected to register his move with the sex offender registry in Arizona.
Arizona is very hard on sex offenders and has rigorous notification requirements,

From their site:
Once the appropriate community notification level is established, the local law enforcement agency is required to complete a community notification in accordance with Arizona Revised Statute 13-3826. Law enforcement has complete discretion regarding community notification for Level 1 (Low Risk) offenders, however, state law requires mandatory community notification on all offenders assessed as a Level 2 (Intermediate Risk) or Level 3 (High Risk). This includes notification to the "surrounding neighborhood, area schools, appropriate community groups and prospective employers. The notification shall include a flyer with a photograph and exact address of the offender as well as a summary of the offender’s status and criminal background. A press release and a level two or three flyer shall be given to the local electronic and print media to enable information to be placed in a local publication."
