Update. The mod of her Yahoo group says that it's not the first time this has happened to her site. It's a technical issue concerning the hosting company.
That thing about Melissa is apparently true. She wrote about it on her site and yahoo group. She mentions on her MySpace dated 6/13 that it hasn't gotten any worse and she's in good health considering. She also mentions that she's going "ghost hunting" next month.

I'm still very into my ghost hunting, though I haven't had much time to investigate lately. A few friends and I went to this old, abandoned school up in Portland to check it out but we didn't have any of my equipment with us, so we didn't get any evidence. I do have two investigations coming up with the SouthWest Paranormal Research team; one at Casey Moore's Grill in Tempe (supposedly haunted upstairs) and a huge one down in Bisbee, AZ right after July 4th. Woo-Hoo! I can't wait! My Dad bought me this awesome new "toy" to play around with (not that kind of toy, you perv! ) on investigations, it's called an Ocilus. (I think I probably spelled that wrong, unfortunately.) It picks up electrical signals in the air and assigns words and sounds to each. It's like a mindreader thingy and it works surprisingly well, at least around living people. If it works as it should, it might be a good way to communicate with those of us who no longer have a body.
