It's painfully obvious that you're a self taught photographer and the only reason you have a Job at Avn is because you probably did Paul Fishbein with a strap on and secretly filmed it.Looking at the photographs you spew out judged against the other photogs at AVN its painfully obvious just how pedestrian and undynamic your compositions are, even taking into account your covering a live event and so many variables can't be accounted for.

You should seriously consider taking some classes and maybe apprenticing under an established shutterbug out in LA. I doubt you could get work with your portfolio if this is what you consider your best product. Try something like this
