pretty sweetie.....a mandated protocol or mandatory for employment is simple not true......unless they snuck a LAW in with some others.....

it is an industry standard because no one has ever challenged it and they roll over and play dead when someone askes then to do somphin.....it is however NOT a LAW!


example of an actual REAL LAW...is that you have to have a "permit" to shoot whatever type of film in LA.....that IS a LAW......and cops have busted sets before just on that law alone.
