It's hard to compare Jamie Summers and such because I've seen the girls of that era infrequently as of late. Today's Careena Collins may not make the list, but the Careena of 1984 might well.

You also have to differentiate between who looks best in stills and who looks best performing. Teagan, for example, is the best today for stills; nobody else comes close. But as a performer Teagan doesn't make the list.
