Here's the problem, is that when you go to AIM, they ask if your a performer, and the reality is that if you a prospective performer, you say yes. So sure, when some new person goes in there and finds out they have HIV right on their first test, it gets marked down as being a performer testing positive. But there is obviously no need to raise alarm bells, because in this case, AIM actually would be fulfilling their purpose and catching a person with HIV before they became a problem.

Without more info, the stuff in that LA Times article is useless.
