I think most states require that an HIV+ diagnosis be reported to the county Health Department.

But there is no requirement that anyone tell AIM if the test is done elsewhere. In that case it's just another statistic to the county and they might not even realize a porn performer was involved.

Performers just vanish all the time. It's possible one might test HIV+ from somewhere other than AIM, panic & run home, and not tell anyone in porn. But I think almost everyone uses AIM so that's not going to happen very often, if ever.




I was under the impression that most states have a law on the books as well that if an AIDS infected person (known to them as in premeditated) has sex with someone without giving them some sort of informed consent....that they would be guilty of a Felony.
