Barbecued pork ribs. NOT GRILLED OR BURNT, but slow-cooked and eventually slathered with a Kansas City-style sauce (read Calvin Trillian's "Tummy Trilogy") which for some reason is not achievable in a store-bought bottle but can be achieved with an instantly forgotten drunken mix of Heinz ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, bourbon, black pepper, sea salt, and oregano.
