Can't be healthy.

Actually some cultures think urine has medicinal qualities.

According to at least one muslim source, Mohammad prescribed camel milk mixed with urine when some new converts took ill. [It's easy enough to google for yourself if you doubt it.]

Some Arab women use camel urine as a hair treatment. They swear it makes it more luxurious and kills germs/whatever that causes flaking. Some others use it to lighten hair.

I remember reading last year about somebody in India making a soda out of cow urine.

Found the link: CLICK TO SEE

They claim "cow urine as a cure for ailments ranging from liver disease to obesity and even cancer."

I used to tease Gen Padova about her professed urine drinking. But, she stood by it and seemed very serious about it.

I had a girl friend in high school who contended that urine kill foot fungus. Her's is the only urine besides my own I knowningly allowed to touch my body since she insisted on peeing in the shower and I insisted on seeing her naked. I've peed it the shower ever since, and I've never had any foot fungus issues, so who knows?

We in the west don't seem to like urine. But, we don't eat insects, either. Many others do that, too. I don't plan on ingesting either, but that's my prejudice.

thanks for the info, Cliff Claven
