The location is on my bus route home from work so I can monitor it on a weekdaily basis.

The last incarnation was raided by the po-po:

"Ibiza, an Old Town* restaurant and lounge with a tapas influenced menu, was raided this morning by Portland police as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged fraudulent bank transactions. According to the Portland Police bureau, officers arrested one 43 yr old Ramin Zamani in connection with the case on two counts of Theft in the First Degree, and one count of Theft in the Second Degree.

Further details on the arrest remain unclear. Contacted by phone, a representative of Ibiza refused to comment on the raid or whether or not the business would remain open in the near future.

The whole history of this place sounds like an Atom Egoyan film. I'll be played by Bruce Greenwood who attends an office Christmas lunch during the piano bar incarnation, and befriends a young waitress (played by Ceara Lynch) whose parents I latter kill whilst driving a school bus, at which point I monitor her behavior at the same locale whilst driving by on the bus until I see her with Ron Jeremy (pet rabbits and turtles are also involved as symbolism) at which point I disembark from the bus and go all "Taxi Driver" and shit.
