Coke's stupidity can not and should not be tolerated any longer. If you don't know what I'm talking about, just read his mudshark thread in AWOP. I know I have no right to demand his banning but I'm simply no longer willing to be a part of the same community as him. Therefore, I won't post on XPT again until he's gone.
Until then, goodbye. I will still read and answer all pms.

I got all pissy and moany like this the other night when I had two different people message me about bannings for sketchy reasons by Willie I didn't know about. Good thing I didn't post my feelings on the board. Croc looks like a complete tard right now.

I want to thank you all for your many congratulations and well wishes. This has all happened so quickly that I haven't even had a moment to catch my breath. I've received so many PMs that I haven't even had time to read them all. I'm overwelmed. Gia even offered to blow me. What can I say?
My jealous XPT detractors are legion and many have been very vocal. Through it all I continued to believe in myself and my own ability. I want to credit my father for inspiring me to never give up. I also want to thank all of you who recognized my potential early on. To certain senior posters that have treated me with contempt, I want you to know that I never took in personally and I understand. You know, when Mickey Mantle was a rookie with the Yankees, several over-the-hill teammates refused to talk to him for an entire season. That's human nature. Not everyone can be a star. We are complicated birds.
I don't want to bore you all with another sports analogy, but I'm also reminded of former world number one tennis player Andre Agassi. He was a top player for years, but never silenced his critics until he finally won his first Grand Slam tournament. In snuffing out an XPT poster like Crocodile, I feel I've reached a similar milestone. Yes, I've been banned and unbanned before, but so has everyone who's anyone on XPT. I know Crocodile was a raging mediocrity and most of his posts were boring and anemic, but the volume is the thing. He had over 1000 lame posts in a year and a half and I ended it. No one can deny my greatness any longer. Gosh, I'm so happy. It's all me!

Everytime I read of one of these anti coke, coke needs to go posts I find myself looking at his posts to see whats so offensive and always find nothing. Can someone tell me what this guy does to set all these people off?, or at the very least what he did to piss jrv off so I can bottle it and use it myself.

It's the arrogance. The avatar is just a symbol of it. It rides nicely from him in this thread because it's warranted. But, even if he wrong somewhere else, he just act like you never pointed that out and hammers home what he is right about all happy and content with himself. You can't discourage this man. He has inner-confidence.
JRV considers himself a proper well-educated man. And, when some slimy hate-filled grease ball can out debate him. On some points and the rest through the extra effort he gives us on the board, JRV just can't take it no more. BAN!!

He is white, he has every reason to be arrogant, we are the superior race. If that was jrv's sole reason for wanting him gone then jrv would hate me more than coke and thats not the case, in fact jrv toys with me in subtle ways that only I really notice that drives me fucking insane, I joke with my hatred with most people here but I can say without the slightest hesitation if I was in a room with jrv I would try my best to kill him with whatever objects were available, blunt, sharp, hard, soft, round, small, big, yellow, blue, 1980's, naughty 90s, you name it, id try and kill jrv with it.

It's pretty clear by the quotes around spic that the hate un-nerves JRV. Viewing him as a hate-monger, JRV probably feels like the guy's beneath him, hence my "slimy hate-filled greaseball" remark.
And, JRV's got a point in that post on legal facts where he's rolling his eyes at Coke about appelate courts. He's belittling Coke's factual basis. Emphasized by JRV then rolling into deeper belittlement by referring to the race-hate. Interpretation of JRV's appelate courts statement is subjective, but it sounds to me like he's tired of some guy who can punch back and puts more effort into the board than JRV does. Tired of it, because to the casual reader, due to extra effort, Coke always looks like he's right. JRV has gotten tired and worn down because it's a blow to his own self-esteem? He's tired of looking like his self-assumed superior knowledge is wrong?

At this point I don't have any facts. It doesn't seem from what you've posted and the time scale of his posts that he was banned. I'm not doubting that he was. If you want to convince me to change my mind of 3+ years of experience, then your going to have to do the work.  It's not going to happen over some nebulous post just because JRV doesn't agree with Coke the kishka taker. But, some effort into it. Timeline, etc. When did JRV first threaten ban? Was it just impulse? Where there communications you don't know about? Who reinstated him? And, when? What were the exchanges between the mods on this? You're the one making the charge, so the burden of proof is on you. It's your job to convince me. And ... I'm the jury. JRV would be the defense. And, I tend not to agree with JRV on many things myself. I not his 'bud'. I'm not his advocate. Sagan said, "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." As a impartial person on the board, I'm saying you made an extraordinary claim. I'm just asking for some evidence to back it.
