At this point I don't have any facts. It doesn't seem from what you've posted and the time scale of his posts that he was banned. I'm not doubting that he was.

If you want to convince me to change my mind of 3+ years of experience, then your going to have to do the work.



It's not going to happen over some nebulous post just because JRV doesn't agree with Coke the kishka taker.

But, some effort into it. Timeline, etc. When did JRV first threaten ban? Was it just impulse? Where there communications you don't know about? Who reinstated him? And, when? What were the exchanges between the mods on this?

You're the one making the charge, so the burden of proof is on you. It's your job to convince me.

And ... I'm the jury. JRV would be the defense. And, I tend not to agree with JRV on many things myself. I not his 'bud'. I'm not his advocate.
