I worked in a PA bottle shop. The PLCB are relentless about performing ID checks. They will send pretty much any age person into the store to see if the employees will card them.

The prices were less than Ontario prices so I don't really notice them being an issue, but compared to Ohio they are insanely high.

I fail to see the point because it doesn't actually address the "problem" of underage drinking.
