You may think his policies led to many deaths, you may have a point, but it's not the same thing.

Edit to add: And GWB is out of power, so anything you did to him would only be retribution, whereas Tiller was continuing to kill these late-term babies on a daily basis, so Roeder could have been motivated to stop him.
