I think it's obvious to anyone with a shred of human decency that the above should not be allowed. Belief in God is not needed to recognise this. Even if you go 100% for the "womans body, womans choice" line, I defy anyone to justify why they couldn't just evict the kid but let it live. She was 7 months along and so quite capable of surviving outside the womb, even possibly without an incubator. Tiller made sure to kill her by injecting potassium chloride into her heart before delivery.

As for punishment, that's really not the point I am trying to make. I just wanted to inject a little balance into the thread. You really think it takes an extremist Christian whackjob to off Tiller, when he did the above deed, thousands like it, and continued to operate with impunity with the law powerless or unwilling to stop him?
