Being gay is not an easy life. You face homophobes who would beat you to death,possibly being shunned by your family,not having the same rights as others,etc...etc...

Why would someone CHOOSE to make their life more difficult? Not to mention choosing to be with someone who they arent instinctively attracted to? How old were you when you realized you were attracted to girls? Most gay people feel the same thing for the same sex at the same ages. And it isnt even environmental since most gay people are raised by straight parents. Many times even in a culture that teaches that gays are disgusting and wrong.

So if it isnt something in their genes..something they are born with...what do YOU think it is?

And truth is truth. You can believe ("put stock into") that the Earth is flat or that the sky is plaid. Doesnt make it true.
