The military is not interchangeable with ANY job,but it is certainly not the only important job out there. Police officers,Firefighters,Doctors,etc...etc...all have exceptionally important jobs that exist to allow us to live ours more safely. The military is the only place where a qualified,trained individual doing their job perfectly risks being fired ONLY because they are gay.

Sorry. Right is right and wrong is wrong. The military DEFENDS freedom from discrimination...yet suppresses it within itself? Hypocritical to say the least.
