Maybe if you've come across people with similar prejudices and blames it doesn't seem so unrealistic. The only way Coke's different than a few people I've met over the years is that he's actually rounded out of the nonsense. Connected more of the dots than the people I've stood there amazed at what they believe. Even though those dots were never meant to be connected in the first place. And, he talks about it more casually than the psychos I've met...

Had a homeless guy downtown tell me rich people's heaven is the city, and that's the best they'll ever do. Poor people, their heaven is above... Then he told me he wouldn't go to the library because they didn't have any books on how shit really works. That he had heard of the Masons and shit like that.
