Bornyo Porn Jesus Registered: 09/23/04 Posts: 10321	So Camel has marketed this product called SNUS in the US which is apparently a European snuff (and apparently snus is a generic european term for this type of snuff) that is steam cured instead of fermented and fire cured. Someone gave me a tin of it and on the back/bottom it says "no spitting required". Well I tried it. I used to dip Copenhagen snuff and this stuff has the same tingle and effect. I spit anyway until I finally had to spit it out. Anyone else tried it?

This stuff is clearly milder than Copenhagen but I see the kids buying Skoal and whatnot at the store and I wonder if there is room for another product. It was pretty mellow and the nicotine feels pretty nice (I just tried it 10 mins ago) I said it was a European snuff but am relatively certain it's American tobacco.

I think it is a marketing ploy because they say to keep cold till you use it. I tried it and it isn't too bad, just very mild. Last time I saw it around here must have been 15+ years ago. Don't know about some Balkan countries; might be popular there as well. On the other hand, you can still smoke everywhere in that part of Europe. And I don't think a toothbrush will help much against that kind of discolouring. When I started using snuff I looked it up online and discovered that snus was becoming quite popular and marketable. I haven't tried it only because it wasn't available at the time. A note on the snuff, though. I stopped using it after a month. A handful of pinches daily on top of my usual pack a day was too much nicotine for my nerves to handle. _________________________ There's not a woman alive who has not wanted to be treated like a whore.
