My carry permit in PA cost me $37.50 . Fuck NYC...340 bucks to apply and another 100 bucks for the fingerprinting. PA doesn't fingerprint. I think I paid an extra 3 bucks for them to take my picture and get issued a driver license sized laminated permit.
