The ante on this bet should really be raised. Willi should agree to XPT banishment for the same length of time, a week, that Electro can't post in this thread, with his avatar posted behind bars in the penalty box to glorify his shame. Bornyo says Willi's not a welcher, but there's no way of knowing Willi will really pay up, and I don't think he will. Just not a man of his word. With Malice as an arbitrator, we'd know Willi would suffer having lost this bet.
