This is probably a no-brainer , but Im wondering .....If a can of Coke is on the table in a porn scene or the male model has on Underarmour underwear(printed on his waist band) etc. , can the company come after you and run one through litigation. Any war stories........
Basically, should one keep this in mind while filming

no, my huntch is that you would because what if you had a song playing in the background, you would have to pay royalties to the musician. or even they might get upset that there song is involved in an adult scene

i studied film law, and i'm saying yes they would have a claim if they cared to pursue. in fact, i just saw a shot of tiffany mynx on this board where her big ass is perched on top of a bar & the labels on the bottles behind her are all fuzzed out.
why are you guys saying no?

What about the Anabolic gang bang scene with the Harley-Davidson motorcycles? Wasn't Anabolic sued and then agreed to stop distributing the movie?
Also don't forget about Courtney Simpson and her Arizona State cheerleading outfit. After the company that did that scene got sued they had to blur out the ASU logo from all the pictures as well as the movie.

In any event, the box cover was designed to have more than a passing resemblance to commercial packaging for Nabisco snack products, down to the white insignia within a red triangle in an upper face corner.
