I don't think mainstream mega conglomerates would go out of their ways to send in lawyers to pester the porn industry about non-sanctioned product placement and whatnot.

However I myself have shot some stuff where I had to be careful what was shown and heard during filming, such as non copyrighted music and such, but it's a different story.
