Bullshit -- just because your spawn took your name, there is no such rule/requirement. It is up to the mother what she puts on the birth certificate. Laws/rules also probably differ from state to state.

So far as sisters working together -- the hottest pair are supposed half-sisters Kimberly Franklin/Lanny Barbie. However Private had twins (more than one pair) 69ing and come swapping. "Golden Age" American porn had the Sloan Twins and (blanking on names) 69ing, but both pairs of twins were FUGLY. The ones from Private on the other hand are absolutely gorgeous.
