Desi's post should probably read " If you have judgements against you, and you put money in a bank account, then they will know about it and come after it." Or something to that extent. It has been a while, but I think all you need to open a bank account is a valid ID and money. Unless she was denied a checking account, because she has written bad checks in the past. I never heard of that, but it may be a possibility. But really, the I doubt she has made enough at the whore ranch to fill a mason jar with nickels.
